Home of the Gladstone Auto Club, McCosker Gladstone Speedway stands proudly as a world-class motorsport facility built for the Gladstone community and the future of speedway racing in Central Queensland. Located in Benaraby within the Motorsports complex, just 30 minutes south of Gladstone, the venue was developed by club member and Super Sedan enthusiast Bob McCosker, alongside the team at McCosker Contracting, dedicated volunteers, club members, and supportive local businesses who helped bring the vision to life.
The Harbour City Hustle delivered an unforgettable action-packed night for the first night of the speedway, with fast-paced racing, fierce competition, and incredible talent lighting up the track. The cool evening conditions created perfect racing traction, and every class delivered exciting battles from start to finish. The Late Models tore through the dirt with thrilling speed, the Junior Sedans proved the next generation of racers is in great hands, and the Nostalgias wowed the crowd with a spectacular display that kept fans entertained all night long.
