Australians are being encouraged to nominate the dads who make a difference in grassroots sport for the 12th annual Community Sports Dad of the Year Award, proudly supported by Philips Water.

The award recognises the unsung heroes who dedicate their time to coaching, refereeing, fundraising, carpooling, and cheering from the sidelines. Nominations are open until 27 August 2025 via www.sportsdads.com.au/community, giving communities the chance to honour these fathers ahead of Father’s Day on Sunday, 7 September 2025.
