Queensland’s energy companies—Powerlink Queensland, Energex, and Ergon Network (part of Energy Queensland)—have reinforced their commitment to supporting the State Emergency Service (SES) with a $300,000 sponsorship under the 2024-25 Energising Queensland SES Partnership. This marks the largest annual investment into SES equipment since the program began in 2014.
Treasurer and Minister for Energy, David Janetzki, acknowledged the collaboration’s vital role during disaster responses.
