For the first time, come Sunday, 20 October, the Biondello Bolt is set to take Mount Biondello by storm as runners from across the region and beyond take on the bolt. The Biondello Bolt is a trail run up Gladstone’s highest peak and with three challenges to enter there is something for everyone.

Gladstone Regional Council Mayor, Matt Burnett said the bolt would be a great, active way to see and explore the beautiful Mount Biondello. “I can’t wait to see the Gladstone Tondoon Botanic Gardens and Mount Biondello filled with eager racers and spectators,” Councillor Burnett said. “With competitive, corporate, and family categories, there is a bolt for everyone. “This is the first time Council has facilitated a race up Mount Biondello, and I have no doubt it will become a signature event on the Gladstone Region events’ calendar.”
