With this year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Accelerate Action,” I’m passionate about driving change and empowering more women in real estate. This industry has long been male-dominated, but we’re seeing more and more women step up—breaking barriers, building successful careers, and reshaping the landscape with expertise, resilience, and dedication.
