Community based organisation Roseberry Qld and local real estate agency, RE/MAX Gold Gladstone have teamed up again this year to help local families who are struggling with the financial cost of getting their children ready to return to school.
The Back to School Supply Drive has been going for four years now and has grown to help assist hundreds of local kids with their school supplies. RE/MAX Gold manager, Shane McLeod who helped initiate the drive had noticed many people expressing difficulty when it came to back to school costs. “We saw an opportunity to try and help out, so we put the call out and it’s just grown from there,” he said.
