ABC Kids Health started when Kelly Dedman had a health scare with a kidney infection and was hospitalised for 3 days. Forced to consider her own health issues she decided to seek more information about nutrition and its link to her own mind/body function. She found a common theme. “Although there is a lot of media noise and commercial opportunism in the latest diet fad or “superfood”, the reality is that health agencies around the world have all reached a consensus that a healthy diet should be rich in plant-based foods,” Kelly explained.
