EmpowerHER: Celebrating Women’s Health and Resilience this Women’s Health Week at the Health and Wellbeing Exhibition

The Women’s Health and Wellbeing Expo is being held at the Gladstone Ports Corporation Marina Parklands next month on the 9^th of September.

From 11 am to 3 pm, there will be a variety of market stalls, helpful informative local businesses in the health and wellbeing space for women to meet and connect with. There will also be a wonderful range of live performances throughout the day, as well as entertainment for the kids. There will also be free yoga and pilates classes in the park, with Immy Yoga and Kylie Pilates.
