Fitness Comp Winner gets her motivation and body back!

27 year old Natalie Wyatt was going through a rough time after suffering the loss of her mum. She was lacking motivation and stress levels were high, that was until she decided to enter a competition she seen on Facebook. Gladstone Physio and Fitness posted the comp to Facebook at the end of last year looking for someone who could really benefit from winning an all-inclusive fitness package and when they came across Natalie’s entry they knew she was the one.

Natalie won 6 personal training sessions with Gladstone Physio and Fitness’s in-house personal trainer Tracey Moore, 6 aqua fitness sessions and a 6 week gym membership and she couldn’t believe the opportunity she was given.
