Family Wins Big! 

The 2024 Lake Awoonga Scavenger Hunt has wrapped up, awarding its $3,000 grand prize to a local Gladstone family. This popular, community-driven event, organised by the Gladstone Area Water Board (GAWB), aims to bring families together and encourage them to explore the scenic Lake Awoonga while hunting for the mascot, “Barry the Barramundi.”
