13 Aug Last Litter Program
Gladstone Animal Rescue Group is committing to trying to stop unwanted litters of puppies and kittens in the Gladstone region; hence they are now able to offer the fantastic Last Litter Program in a bid to reduce the amount of unwanted litters.
If your cat or dog is expecting an unwanted litter then let Gladstone Animal Rescue Group help you!
They will ask you to surrender all the litter to us once they have reached 8 weeks old. When the mum’s milk has dried up, which is usually about 2 to 4 weeks, they will then book her in to their own vet to be desexed so she can then go back to you to you to enjoy a life of no more babies.
The puppies will then be put into foster care for socialisation and during this time Gladstone Animal Rescue Group would cover all the cost of raising and rehoming the pups or kittens. They would also be covering the cost of the vet work and desexing etc.
If you would like more information on the Last Litter Program please contact Karen on 0497 292 318. Even if your animal is currently pregnant they can certainly assist you now.
Gladstone Animal Rescue Group is now heading into its third year of operation and has managed to save hundreds of cats and dogs, mostly from the local pound.
They are a registered not for profit organisation and have charity status, their primary aim is to rescue and rehome abandoned, abused and neglected cats and dogs.
