JELLYBEANS TOUCH TEAM ARE JUMPING AROUND IN BRAND NEW UNIFORMS.
Having a heart to serve and a passion to ride is the common thread that brings the men and women of the Central Queensland Chapter of MACE together.
MACE is the acronym for Motorcyclists Advocating Child Empowerment, which is an Australian, founded organisation. The Central Queensland Chapter, based here in Gladstone currently has 21 members.
MACE is very proud to have been able to sponsor the MACE Jellybeans girls’ touch football team.
The impact this type of sponsorship would have is simple – there is a sense of empowerment that can come from belonging and being a part of a team and being able to be clearly identifiable as a part of that team. As a not for profit organisation, their funds are raised by way of having the support of local hotels and businesses to be able to run raffles, organised motorbike rides, or public donations, Central Queensland
As a not for profit organisation their funds are raised by way of having the support of local hotels and businesses to be able to run raffles, organised motorbike rides, or public donations, Central Queensland have also for the past two years produced and sold MACE calendars as a means of raising funds.
All of the funds raised by MACE are used to assist their ongoing mission, which can take on many and varied forms of support and empowerment.
