A preferred supplier arrangement to install water meters in the Gladstone Regional Council area will be awarded to the only non-local firm tendering.
New Plumbing Solutions, from Alphington in Victoria, submitted a tender that will cost ratepayers about one-third of the price offered by the closest conforming tenderer.
