Men’s Health Week is celebrated annually between 12-18 June. This year’s theme ‘healthy body healthy mind, keeping the balance’, highlights the importance of maintaining both our physical and emotional health.
Gladstone Ports Corporation’s (GPC) workforce is predominantly male and we support men’s health through a range of initiatives including annual health checks, vaccination programs, a ‘Stop Sun Spots’ sun safety program, a Hearing Preservation program, a ‘Safe Spine’ back care program, counselling opportunities and more.
GPC will continue to work towards improving the mental, physical and social health of males in our workplace and in our community.
