As The Gladstone Region’s only locally owned printed source of good news, our team could not be any more proud to once again be the presenting partner for Gladstone Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s 2023 Best in Business Awards.
Our primary focus is to bring you the joyous stories from the heart of the Gladstone Region, shedding light on the remarkable achievements and contributions of our local businesses and creating the perfect ingredients for inspiring news stories!
A huge congratulations to not only all the finalists in this year’s awards but also to every business, not for profit, large industry and event that has been nominated. That recognition, whether it be by a customer, staff member or fellow business owner means that you’re doing something right and to me, that deserves recognition.
I recognise the unique challenges that come with not only managing a business in the broader context but also the added complexities of running and sustaining a business in the close knit, small regional communities of Queensland.
On behalf of the GN Team, I would like to extend my thanks to the dedicated volunteers at GCCI for all their hard work in ensuring that Best in Business for 2023 is a night to remember. It’s a HUGE honour to be able to work alongside them and help turn this dream into reality once again. I would also like to thank our sponsors for their continued support.
Without the financial support of local businesses, industry and council this event would not be possible. As always, if you have a positive news story that you’d like to share with the Gladstone Community, get in touch with our team!
Gladstone News is first and foremost a community magazine.
