The Gladstone Genealogical Society are holding an event on Monday the 31st of October from 6pm to 8pm. ‘Shadows of the Past’ will tour the old Gladstone Cemetery and members of the public are invited to come along for a glimpse of our pioneer past.
The tour will include stories of some of our pioneer families in Gladstone, their hardships and their fortunes. You can hear the tale of Henry Raabe, the first man who was murdered in Gladstone back in 1864 and discover more interesting stories from our towns history.
