Softball Queensland Annual Awards Dinner: Celebrating Dedication and Excellence

On July 13th, Softball Queensland hosted its Annual Awards Dinner, an event dedicated to honouring the exceptional contributions of its members to the sport. The night was a celebration of the dedication and community spirit that drive Softball Queensland forward.

This year’s Diamond Award, recognising 25 years of service, was presented to Christine Heisner and Kellie Pengelly. Their remarkable dedication and tireless efforts over the decades have profoundly impacted the sport and inspired many players and volunteers. Wendy Scott was honoured with the Gold Award for 15 years of service, celebrating her long-standing commitment and crucial role in advancing softball in Queensland. Chyanne Pengelly received the Silver Award for 10 years of service, acknowledging her valuable contributions and continued involvement in strengthening the sport.
