On October 25th, Queensland came together to recognise and celebrate the invaluable contributions of teachers across the state as part of World Teachers’ Day. This annual event is a reminder of the profound impact that educators have on the lives of students and the role they play in shaping the future of their communities.
Among the celebrated educators are the dedicated staff at Carinity Education, a network of five special assistance schools that provide crucial support for young people who have struggled to find success in mainstream education. With over 220 staff members, including teachers, youth workers, chaplains, and support staff, the day was a chance to honour their collective commitment to guiding students toward brighter futures.
