Crowds turned out on Sunday for the RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service Community Open Day, with the rescue helicopter touching down at 9 am and staying all morning.
There was fun for everyone, especially the many children who visited, with face-painting and a bouncing castle as well as many opportunities try out the fire-hose or sit in the helicopter.
