Meet a Local Volunteer!

Where do you volunteer? PCYC as Market Co-ordinator
How long have you been volunteering there for? For four and a half years.
Why do you choose to volunteer? I thought the PCYC was a good cause that needed some help. I wanted to offer another option for families to do something together as there didn’t seem much around.
What is your favourite thing about volunteering? The community aspect of volunteering. I really enjoy getting to meet new people.
What would you say to encourage others to volunteer? Volunteering is very rewarding for the little time that is spent doing it. Just a small amount of time spent volunteering can make a huge difference.
