SOMETHING TO READ
SMALL GREAT THINGS BY JODIE PICOULT
Small Great Things is the remarkable story of an African- American nurse, a white supremacist couple and one infant whose fate pits them against each other. But it’s so much more: an insightful exploration of the overburdened American justice system, a potent meditation on race, and a dramatic tour de force. Picoult is a supremely gifted storyteller whose characters are never less than unforgettable.

TV SERIES – BIG LITTLE LIES
Based on a novel of the same name by Australian Author Liane Moriarty, Big Little Lies is a fresh new take on the old Whodunit. This darkly comedic drama series tells the story of 3 mothers, whose seemingly perfect lives unravel to the point of murder when a school trivia night leads to bloodshed. By not revealing the identity of the perpetrator or the victim, this show will keep you constantly guessing and in critical suspense. While the series explores topics like helicoptering parenting and schoolyard politics, it also explores the complicated and tumultuous themes of divorce, adultery and domestic violence.
